Assessing Fidelity to and Satisfaction with the “Adolescent Coping with Depression Course” (ACDC) Intervention in a Randomized Controlled Trial

Abstract This paper aims at describing the process for assessing intervention fidelity of a randomized controlled trial (RCT) an “Adolescent Coping with Depression Course” (ACDC) and to assess participants’ satisfaction intervention. We applied comprehensive model developed by National Institutes Health’s Behavior Change Consortium examine how our met requirements under five categories. Data came from two-arm parallel cluster RCT. Both qualitative quantitative analyses ACDC using indicated that level in this study did not reach 100%. However, it was approaching high treatment fidelity. Participants also expressed levels ( M = 3.65, SD .95). analysis is important show appropriately implemented, areas improvement increase its fidelity, ensure internal external validity findings.
